Donate to HAC's
Welcome Home Gift Basket Program
Throughout the year, HAC teams up with individuals, local businesses, and community groups to organize a drive, collecting basic home goods for clients making the transition from shelter to permanent housing. Your donation will make a difference in the lives of those we serve, providing them a solid foundation as they make a fresh start in a new home.
Through our Welcome Home Gift Basket Program, you can donate items to our most vulnerable clients. Providing these items saves the clients money so they can successfully stay housed. All donations should be new, store-bought, unopened, and unwrapped items.
