Sachem's Path is an affordable housing project sponsored by the Nantucket Housing Authority. It will include 40 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, each with its own yard and private driveway.
In 2010, the Nantucket Housing Authority issued a public Request for Proposals to develop Sachem's Path and selected Housing Assistance Corporation. HAC has nearly 40 years of experience addressing the housing needs of the Cape & Islands community, including the development of over 400 units of affordable housing.
