In the Pipeline

  • Lofts at 57 is an 8-unit mixed income community located on Ridgewood Ave. in downtown Hyannis. HAC intends to convert an underutilized vacant lot with a deteriorated foundation and, in its place, construct three buildings of multifamily residential units along with site improvements, including a shared parking lot with 13 spaces. The cottage-style buildings will be clustered around a shared outdoor space to create a “pocket neighborhood,” which will provide a strong sense of community and fit into the character of the surrounding residential single and multifamily homes. Residential buildings will be composed of (1) two-family dwelling and (2) three-unit townhouses with 8 total units and a total floor area of 6,564 square feet (excluding basement space). The development will contain a mix of two affordable units (for residents with household incomes under 80% AMI) and six market rate housing units.
  • FORWARD at the Rock is a collaboration between HAC and Friends or Relatives With Autism or Related Disabilities (FORWARD) to construct eight units of housing for autistic adults on 4.9 acres of land on Hokum Rock Road in Dennis. Click here for more information about FORWARD.
  • Canal Bluffs III is the third phase of rental housing in Bourne that HAC will be building with the help of Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH). A total of 44 units, representing a mixture of two- and three-bedrooms, will be constructed as part of this third phase.
  • Brewster Woods will bring 30 new affordable rental units to Brewster. The project is being built in Partnership with Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and is currently in predevelopment.
