Play Space/Child Service Assistant
HAC is seeking a Child Service Assistant to provide direct care and age-appropriate programming for infants, toddlers and children wit health, developmental and environmental issues in a therapetuci setting for those affected by substance abuse and other complex trauma. We are seeking a dedicated, consistent team player who is enthusiastic and willing to learn approaches and methods of trauma-informed care for children and families. This part-time position is available in Hyannis, and consists of 25 hours per week. A driver's license is required.

HAC has an opening for a full-time staff position who will be responsible for provisions of services to tenants and landlords participating in rental assistance programs. Responsibilities include: maintaining client files, negotiating leases and contracts, mediating for landlords and tenants, and providing information to applicants, property owners, other agencies and the general public.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, above average written communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, be able to comprehend and utilize complex program regulations and procedures, and be sensitive to confidential issues and to the needs of low-income families.

HAC's finance department has an opening for a full-time staff accountant. This position will play a critical role in supporting the department's management with complex accounting functions and assisting in the ongoing review of the department's processes. The staff accountant will also be involved with budget preparation and providing analysis of operational performance. The ideal candidate must have two years experience performing similar functions. A bachelor's degree of science in accounting is preferred. Excellent computer skills are required and spreadsheet analysis is a must.
