EVENING/AWAKE OVERNIGHT SUPPORT STAFF

Our residential family shelter which supports women recovering from substance abuse and their children has openings for day and evening support staff for residential coverage. 

Qualified candidates will have experience or interest working in recovery-focused environments and have day and weekend availability. Candidate must show they have working experience being creative, compassionate, computer literate, and detail-oriented. Candidates need to be consistent and committed. This position will report to the Program Director. Shifts are: Mondays and Tuesdays, 5 pm to 8 am, and Saturdays and Sundays, 10 pm to 8 am. Compensation is $13 per hour.

CHILD SERVICE COORDINATOR

A full-time salary position exists to enhance the lives of children living with a parent in recovery from substance use disorders. Working at a family residential treatment program, the Child Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the children's portion of the family services plan. This position coordinates the onsite Child Service Center for children under the age of 5, arranging on-site and off-site programming for children under the age of 18, and provides direct care to children. 

The hours for this position are: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday); 7:30 am to 3 pm (Wednesday), and 7:30 am to 2 pm (Friday). 

The program needs someone who is detail-oriented, organized, consistent, and compassionate. Experience working with children is required. The Child Service Coordinator works under the supervision of the Program Director.

The hours to this position are: 10:30 am to 6 pm, Tuesday-Friday, and 1-6 pm on Saturdays. 

The program needs someone who is detail-oriented, organized, consistent, and compassionate. Experience working with children is required. The Child Services Assistant works under the supervision of the Child Services Coordinator.

VILLAGE AT CATAUMET SHELTER SUPPORT STAFF (PART-TIME)

HAC is looking for support staff for nights, weekends, and holidays/per diem for our family homeless shelter located in Bourne. The shelter serves families who are experiencing homelessness and helps them to stabilize their housing situation. 

Qualified applicants will have an interest or experience working with families in crisis; be dependable and reliable; and be able to follow shelter procedures. The following shifts are currently available: 

  • Saturdays, 8 am-8 pm; Saturdays, noon-midnight
  • Sundays, 8 am-8 pm; Sundays, noon-midnight
  • Monday-Friday evening shifts, 4-8 pm and 4 pm-midnight
  • Holiday coverage

Shelter support staff reports to the Shelter Director.

ANGEL HOUSE SUPPORT STAFF AND AWAKE OVERNIGHT STAFF (PART-TIME)

CARRIAGE HOUSE/VILLAGE AT CATAUMET SHELTER SUPPORT STAFF 

Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) is looking for support staff for overnights, weekends, holidays, and per diem for our family homeless shelters in the Falmouth/Bourne area. Our shelters serve families who are experiencing homelessness and help them to stabilize their housing situation. 

Qualified applicants will have an interest or experience working with families in crisis, be dependable and reliable, and be able to follow shelter procedures. Various shifts are available. Support staff report to the Shelter Director.
