HAC has an opening for a full-time intake coordinator. Primary responsibilities include determining eligibility for program services, providing information to program participants and acting as a liaison with Cape service providers. Must be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines. Excellent computer skills and ability to work with numbers are required. Candidate will deal with both public groups and individuals. Must able to understand and implement complex program regulations and requirements.

DIRECT CARE STAFF (FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS)
HAC's NOAH Shelter is seeking applications for Direct Care staff positions to fill evening and overnight shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean shelter for approximately 50 clients per night as well as implementation of program policies.
Excellent written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and limit-setting skills are essentialy for this position. Data entry and basic computer skills are required. HAC is looking for general contractors to conduct home repairs to income-eligible properties in the town of Yarmouth. The type of work will include: building envelope and site work, roofing, siding, window replacement, electrical, plumbing and installation of smoke alarms, sprinklers and other fire suppression systems. Contractors must have a valid Contractor Supervisor license and/or a Home Improvement Contractor license. Contractors are required to submit estimates and complete work in accordance with an approved scope of work. All work must be in compliance with building codes.
